John Okoro, the 35-year old convictted Nigerian drug peddler in India, who escaped prison custody last week, has been rearrested.Okoro, who was first arrested in 2014 in a drug case, was caught by the Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of Mumbai police, while planning to flee to Mangalore via a private bus. Befoe his escape, the 35-year old had been sentenced to three-year jail term which he served at Nashik central prison, before he was released from jail on December 31, 2016 and was to be deported to Nigeria.
