Double injury problem for Liverpool ahead Manchester Utd clash

Liverpool could be depleted ahead of Monday’s meeting with Manchester United following  reported injuries for the duo of Georginio Wijnaldum and Adam Lallana.
The 25-year-old Wijnaldum  limped out of the Netherlands' 1-0 defeat to France on Monday with an apparent hamstring injury, which the Reds will closely monitor in the coming days.

Wijnaldum received treatment on the field at the Amsterdam ArenA but was deemed unfit to continue, with Sporting Lisbon forward Bas Dost being summoned in his place for the remainder.
Lallana on his part is recovering from the groin injury suffered in the game against Swansea.

These two injured players have started every Premier League match alongside Jordan Henderson this season and have been a key part of the Reds' rise to fourth, just two points behind leaders Manchester City.

Monday's clash at Anfield will be Jose Mourinho's first meeting with Liverpool as Manchester United manager and he will be looking to extend a run which has seen the Old Trafford club win the last four league matches against their bitter rivals, although Liverpool did prevail in last season's Europa League last-16 tie, winning 3-1 on aggregate
