IN BAUCHI!! Okada riders protest against the introduction of ID cards by their union (See photos)

According to someone that was there, All Okada Riders in Bauchi state are currently protesting against the Introduction of Identity Cards by their union. It was learnt that each ID card would reportedly cost N3,500 and commercial bike riders in state are against it.
